A DEXA Scan takes 6 to 8 minutes to complete, a Fit3D scan about 15 minutes. A Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test takes about 20 minutes to perform and a VO2 Max test takes about 30 minutes.
We will spend additional time going over your results with you. Plan on 30 minutes total for a DEXA and Fit3D scan in a single appointment. Plan on 30 minutes for an RMR test and 45 minutes for a VO2 Max test.
If you are doing DEXA + RMR or DEXA + VO2 test together in one appointment, plan on 60 minutes for test and results analysis together.
If you are doing all (DEXA, Fit3D, RMR and VO2 Max) test together in one appointment, plan on 90 minutes for test and results analysis together.
Yes! We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for all our services. We are also happy to send an itemized receipt for you to request reimbursement or to document your HSA/FSA card purchase.
